EGGER Wood Products is seeking a dedicated Particleboard Production Operator to join our team. As a Particleboard Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production of particleboards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards. Schedule: 12-hour rotating 7-7 swing shift (2-2-3) 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights.

Job Functions

• Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the production of particleboards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure particleboards meet specified standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area.
• Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

Background / Experience

• Experience in clear communication.
• Understanding and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and ability to learn.
• Experience with tools and machinery.
• Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work efficiently and manage time effectively.

Education / Knowledge

• Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus.
• Valid drivers' license.

Schedule Demands

Physical Demands

• Sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time up to 12-hours.
