What You'll Do as Our HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring our HR processes run smoothly. Here’s what you can expect to be responsible for: - Assisting with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews. - Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. - Supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a seamless transition. - Coordinating employee training sessions and maintaining training documentation. - Addressing employee inquiries and assisting with day-to-day HR operations. - Collaborating with management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings a mix of professionalism, organization, and a people-first mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in human resources or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a variety of HR tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. - Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus, but not required.
