Full-Time Ophthalmologist Opportunity
If you are a fantastic surgeon with an independent CPSO licence, we’re a perfect match—because that’s exactly what we are looking for. Experience is an asset, but new grads are welcome.
• Schedule your outpatient referral-based clinic any way you desire
• World-class technology for cataract surgery -using both Abbott and Alcon lens platforms, Zeiss Microscope and Abbott phaco systems
• Incredibly efficient OR team produces frequent case turnover (20-25 cataracts/day)
• Turn-key clinic available for purchase from retiring physician Schedule and Compensation:
• 1 OR day per week minimum
• Complimentary advertising support will ensure plentiful referrals
• Flexible and collaborative vacation scheduling
• Keep 100% of all OHIP billings
• Generous financial recruitment incentives
• Keep more of what you earn with Chatham’s low cost of living Hospital Call:
• 24-hour call
• Each call shift earns a $547.32 HOCC stipend plus 100% of all OHIP billings
• In-hospital call not required (remain within 20-minute radius of hospital)
