Our work depends on a Network Engineer joining our team to focus on the technical aspects of data center network architecture and operations. The engineer will work daily alongside engineering staff at the site to become thoroughly familiar with the unique processes and requirements related to DOD-specific configurations and challenges. This role will also serve as a team lead. What You'll Need to Succeed: Education:
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 8+ years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
- DOD 8570 IAT level II required
- Analyzes customer requirements and provides technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems
- Performs maintenance and upgrades of networks, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks
- Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining system backup and recovery capabilities
- Coordinates the acquisition of hardware and software, as well as subcontractor services as needed
- Creates plans and configures systems for data communication networks
- Designs and builds hardware and software components for computer or telecommunications networks
- Evaluates new communications technologies to enhance network capabilities
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
- TS/SCI required to start
- Good communication skills; shows tact, effective listening skills, and follow-through
- Detail-oriented and organized; able to understand network evaluation criteria and be exact in assessments
- CCNA or equivalent certification
- Military experience
- On Customer Site
- US Citizenship

Rest and recharge with paid vacation and holidays The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours:
