From installing sod and hardscape to maintaining the beauty of a project, your work directly contributes to creating yards and spaces that families enjoy and take pride in.

What Success Looks Like

• Perform landscape installation tasks including sod installation, planting, mulching, edging, trimming, and grading.
• Lay hardscape materials (pavers, stone, edging) with accuracy and care to ensure professional results.
• Operate hand tools, power equipment, and small machinery safely and effectively.
• Load, carry, and position materials and tools as needed for daily project requirements.
• Follow instructions from foremen and site leaders to complete tasks on time and to specification.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, including tools and equipment, throughout the day.
• Work productively in all weather conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
• Collaborate respectfully and reliably with teammates to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship by paying attention to detail, finishing strong, and asking questions when in doubt.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with The Loving Company’s core values: honesty, teamwork, intensity, compassion, and excellence.

What Sets You Apart

• Must possess basic technical skills to complete online training modules, digital onboarding paperwork, and electronic timekeeping accurately and independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience that shows readiness for hands-on work.
• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience is helpful, but not required — we provide training for the right candidate.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and able to work efficiently both independently and with a crew.
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated, with pride in producing quality, visible results.
• Spanish language skills are a plus and support communication within our diverse crews.
