General Dentist (Associate) – Busy Private Practice
The Opportunity
A highly reputable, modern private practice in Asheville is seeking a General Dentist to join their team. You will be stepping into an established, busy schedule (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to take over for a relocating dentist.
This position offers high income potential, an upbeat office culture, and a supportive environment with mentorship available.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earnings: $200,000 to $300,000+ potential (based on experience and clinical skill set)
- Rate: 32% of adjusted production, no lab deductions
Practice Highlights
- Reputation: 4.8-star Google rating with a strong local patient base.
- Patient Mix: PPO and fee-for-service/cash patients across all demographics.
- Technology: Fully equipped with CBCT, digital scanners, WaveOne, and implant systems.
- Procedures: High-quality traditional care, with full support for advanced procedures like implant placement, molar endodontics, and surgical extractions.
Candidate Requirements
- North Carolina dental license
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong work ethic and motivation to learn
- Collaborative team player
- Open to all experience levels, but at least one year of experience or residency preferred
Mentorship Style: The owner is happy to provide clinical mentorship for newer doctors, but maintains a hands-off management style to give experienced associates complete clinical autonomy.
