- 24-hour call coverage with multiple shift blocks
- Average 27 deliveries monthly, 1-3 per 24-hour period
- Hospital with Level 1 nursery
- Must be within 20 minutes of facility per bylaws
- OB ultrasounds, C-sections, breech deliveries required
- High-risk transfers to facilities 30-45 minutes away
- Laparoscopic and open surgical procedures
- Coverage assignment with defined shift periods
