- Scrub Color(s)- any
- Number of Beds : 24 acute/swing beds, 40 nursing home beds, 10 skilled beds within nursing home
- Patient Ratios : 1:1
- Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Rehab department (PT/OT/SLP)
- Type of equipment : typical equipment for rehab services. Treatment provided in patients room, hallway, outdoor areas, and in rehab gym
- Documentation system: Cerner and NetHealth
- Scheduling requirements: 40 hours per week, schedule needs to be reviewed during interview with rehab manager
- Floating policy: clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated
- Patient Experience requirements: Perfer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting

Procedures performed on unit: Physical therapy evaluations, establish plan of care, assist with rounds and care conferences as indicated. Frequent communication with rehab team on patient’s progress, needed equipment, and discharge needs
Certifications Required: Must have CPR certification and NC PT license
