OUTPATIENT SETTING & SNF Opportunities available
Immediate need for a PT at a fast growing CCRC. Come be a part of a close knit team that serves SNF, AL, IL residents in a state of the art community complete with large therapy gym spaces and full use of onsite Wellness Centers. Excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced therapist.
The Physical Therapist is a licensed professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides physical therapy services to the patients as prescribed by the attending physician. May supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides.

Requirements
Graduate from an accredited physical therapy school. Preferably two years of clinical experience (if applicable). Capable of lifting the equivalent weight of an adult-size patient. Licensed by the state in which the Physical Therapist resides or practices Physical Therapy according to state requirements
