Job Description:
In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:
- Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Marketing.
- Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Marketing business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
- 7 plus years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e., Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Digital Personalization and Experimentation:
- Hands on execution in Adobe Target, building, QA’ing, launching, and maintaining A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization activities end to end
- Independently translates marketing requirements into Target configurations with minimal developer support
- Executes digital content directly within AEM, SDL Tridion, and/or WordPress to support testing and personalization initiatives
- Operates within established marketing ops governance, workflows, and content standards
- Reads and modifies HTML/CSS (basic JavaScript preferred) to implement Target offers, selectors, and code based experiences
- Troubleshoots targeting, rendering, and integration issues using browser developer tools
- Applies WCAG accessibility standards to personalization and testing activities
- Identifies and remediates accessibility issues introduced through Target or CMS changes
- Must have hands on experience in Adobe Target
