Currently seeking an Experienced Production Manager to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of installers. Experience in Residential Garage Doors and/or Fireplaces a plus .
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily installation schedule
- Delegate assignments to appropriate team members
- Verify job readiness from field managers
- Supervise and evaluate performance of installation and service
- Coordinate and manage inventory supplies and minimize waste
- Recruit, train and retain quality staff.
- Conduct training and safety meetings to ensure employees are kept up to date with company policies and expectations.
- initiate disciplinary actions according to company policy when needed
- Strong organizational and leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in residential construction a plus
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year - Plus Bonus Benefits:
- Dental insurance

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Management: 2 years (Required)
