Qualifications:

• Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact license)
• Minimum 1 year experience in an ER setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Adaptability to high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER
• Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient treatment plans
• Accurately document patient care and response to treatment
• Educate patients and families on care and follow-up instructions
