Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years ER RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact license)
- Minimum 1 year experience in an ER setting
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced ER
- Triage patients and prioritize care based on acuity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient treatment plans
- Accurately document patient care and response to treatment
- Educate patients and families on care and follow-up instructions
