Practice Manager, RN or Radiologic Technologist - MyCare 365 - Garner

Overview:

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the supervision and management of physician services to assigned practice(s).
• Under general supervision of the Executive Director, Service Line Practices, directs, coordinates, and integrates practice resources and activities to meet the goals of the service line.
• Understands both the long-range goals and the short-term WakeMed Specialty Group and remains focused on achieving objectives and standards.
• Works in partnership with the physician leader(s) to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (JCAHO, NCBON, CMS, DHHS), enhance operations and ensures physician participation and integration into the operations of the practice. Understands the needs of the organization and supports the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physicians.

• Registered Technologist for Radiography Required OR
• Registered Nurse Required AND
• Basic Life Support Required

Education:

Associate's degree Radiologic Technology Required OR

Associate's degree Nursing Required

Experience: 3 Years Clinical - Ambulatory Care Required
