Maintenance Account Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and profitability for our maintenance division while ensuring our clients receive exceptional service. Your ability to build strong client relationships, manage contracts, and drive quality assurance will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Profitability: Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profit goals for the maintenance division.
- Business Development: Generate new leads, prepare accurate estimates, and effectively manage contracts to secure new business opportunities.
- Client Relations: Foster strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication, regular follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on maintenance service to ensure high standards and client satisfaction.
- Account Management: Oversee maintenance schedules and promptly address client concerns to ensure smooth operations.
- Enhancement Sales: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling additional services and service enhancements to maximize revenue.
Qualifications:
- (2) years of sales or account management.
- (5) years of landscaping experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and maintenance scheduling software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
