Key Job Responsibilities• Provides friendly and approachable services to visitors, employees, agents and customers• Answers phone calls and greets people in a professional manner• Calls potential candidates and sets appointments for Career Briefings.• Prepares materials for Career Briefings• Follows-up with recruits to check on exam progress• Assists in the agent appointment process with the territory office and home office• Demonstrated experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing information• Creates reporting to track shows, interviews, and contracts
