Accountabilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive therapy awareness programs targeting clinical audiences.
• Translate clinical data and health outcomes into clear, compliant messaging.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics teams for accurate education.
• Create multi-channel awareness campaigns including live events and digital tools.
• Design scalable field marketing programs aligned with sales objectives.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for field sales, ensuring priority alignment.
• Develop regional marketing tools and resources for local engagement initiatives.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to refine programs continuously.
• Define success metrics and KPIs for programs.
• Analyze performance data to derive insights and adjust strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing within medical devices or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability leading therapy or disease-state awareness initiatives.
• Strong field marketing and sales enablement experience.
• Background in supporting product launches and growth commercialization.
• Experience working cross-functionally in regulated environments.
