We are seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician in Winston Salem, NC to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time, day shift role (Monday–Friday) with a temp-to-hire opportunity. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide high-quality service
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Drug screen and background check required
