Our compensation plan is built for closers.
- Average earnings: $174,058/year
- First-year reps have earned $150K+
- Tiered commission plan (the more you sell, the more you earn)
- Tiered bonus structure
- No cap on commissions

What You’ll Do
This is a high-activity, high-reward inside sales role.
- Make ~100 outbound calls per day
- Connect directly with decision-makers
- Work from qualified, viable leads (no cold sourcing required)
- Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs
- Close business and hit monthly quotas
- Leverage referral-based selling strategies
