 Job Summary: 
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Automotive and Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing tire services, mounting/ dismounting tires on custom built wheels, straightening wheels, and diagnostics to ensure our customers' vehicles are safe and road-ready. The individual will be trained and responsible for powder coating custom wheels, calipers and other automotive parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and passionate about automotive care and wheel repair and customization.
 Key Responsibilities: 
- Dismount wheels tires from high end vehicles
 - Rebuild brake calipers on a variety of high end vehicles
 - Use wheel straightening machine to true wheels
 - Use a powder coating gun to custom powder coat using a variety of colors and techniques
 - Mounting and balancing tires on custom wheels with attention to detail
 - Inspect work and vehicle performance to ensure safe road use
 - Use diagnostic tools and critical thinking to identify issues with equipment, machines, and vehicle parts
 - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
 - Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures
 - Keep accurate records and follow work orders precisely
 - Assist in inventory management and restocking of powder coat and parts
 
 Qualifications: 
- High school diploma or equivalent (automotive trade school a plus)
 - 1+ years of experience in tire or automotive repair preferred
 - Powder coating experience is a plus
 - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
 - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate automotive tools and equipment
 - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 - Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 - ASE certification(s) a plus but not required
 
 Work Conditions: 
- Fast-paced automotive shop environment
 - May require weekend availability and occasional overtime
 - Standing, lifting, bending, and working with tools throughout shift
