This role is vital to our salon's daily operations, team development, and client satisfaction. You'll help foster a positive, welcoming environment for both our clients and team members. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Assist in managing and supervising daily salon operations
* Provide guidance, support, and development for hair stylists and coordinators
* Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
* Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
* Collaborate with the Salon Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals
* Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
*Qualifications:*
* Valid NC Cosmetology license
* Previous leadership experience in a salon environment preferred
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of beauty products sold in-store
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
* Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends
