We're seeking motivated, detail-oriented Remote Vacation Planners to join our expanding team! As part of our travel community, youll help clients plan memorable experiences — from dream vacations and cruises to theme park getaways and all-inclusive retreats.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
- Research, plan, and book customized travel experiences, including accommodations, flights, activities, and dining.
- Manage reservations, updates, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel requirements, and current deals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the end of each trip.
- Stay informed on industry trends, supplier updates, and special promotions.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable using technology and open to learning (training provided).
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required.
