Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry RN to join our team. The role involves providing care to generalized cardiac patients ranging from young adults to elderly adults. The Telemetry unit consists of 24 beds with a patient ratio of 4:1.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient's cardiac status using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• May occasionally float to IMCU, NPCU, and/or Surgical as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Telemetry or similar setting.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with Life Paks, Zoll, and Masimo preferred.
• Familiarity with Cerner EHR is a plus.
