About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Experience Specialist who brings energy, professionalism, and top-tier customer service to our front desk. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers—both on the phone and in person—and play a key role in their experience from estimate to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication

• Handle high-volume inbound calls for estimates and scheduling

• Promote our services and assist customers in booking appointments

• Explain service steps and pricing clearly and confidently

• Use our dispatch system to coordinate work with technicians

• Identify upselling opportunities to maximize value for the customer

• Stay organized in a fast-paced, multitasking environment

• Support the team and contribute to a winning shop culture

What We’re Looking For

• A people-first mindset with great energy

• Strong phone presence and communication skills

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

• Comfortable working on-site and interacting with customers daily

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
