Location: Asheville, NC
Compensation: $21 - $22 / Hour

About the Opportunity:
Addison Group is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a well-established mental health organization. If you're passionate about patient care and enjoy leading from the front, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative and mission-driven team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations and oversee one front office coordinator
- Assist with patient check-ins, phone support, and virtual appointment setup
- Act as the face of the clinic and ensure a welcoming environment
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience at the front desk in a medical office is required.
- Mental health or behavioral health experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable taking initiative and leading by example
