Job responsibilities:
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs as appropriate.
- Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs.
