• Number of Beds - 23 step down, 16 med surg
• Number of Staff -
• Type of staff:
• Day Shift - 1 charge, 11 RN, 4 PCT
• Night Shift - 1 charge, 10 RN, 4 PCT
• Patient Ratios - 1:3-4 Step down, 1:4-6 med surg
• Type of equipment - lifts, chest tubes, cardiac drips, stable vented patients, trachs
• EMR - Cerner
• Experience working with trachs Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Previous experience with cerner List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Trach care, chest tubes, wound dressing changes
