We are searching for a dynamic Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our field staff and inspire them to provide outstanding care. Job Requirements

• Flexible Hours Based on Client Needs
• Participate in In-Home Client Assessments and Education
• Build Service Confidence with Referral Partners
• Ensure all Policies and Procedures are Current and Adhered to
• Prepare the Agency for Joint Commission Accreditation
• Assess Client Needs and Set Plan of Care
• Reassess Client's Plan of Care per Regulations
• Verify and Certify Care Giver's Competency
• Evaluate Field Staff Performance per Regulations
• Report Clinical Metrics and Client Status to Senior Leadership Weekly
• Ensure Complete and Accurate Information is Documented within the ABS and MABS Application
• Support a Culture of Excellence and Enthusiasm Where People Thrive

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Wound Care and Infusion Experience a Plus
• Case Management a Plus
• Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA Regulations
• Valid Drivers License and Have Reliable Transportation
