Your Impactful Role:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you'll be the guardian of our product integrity, from raw materials to finished goods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring Excellence from the Start: Approve incoming materials by meticulously confirming specifications through visual and measurement tests, expertly rejecting unacceptable materials.
• Guiding Production to Perfection: Approve in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting thorough visual and measurement tests, and clearly communicating necessary adjustments to the production supervisor.
• Delivering Flawless Finished Products: Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting precise visual and measurement tests, facilitating re-work when needed, and confirming successful re-work.
• Mastering Documentation: Accurately document inspection results by completing comprehensive reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and efficiently inputting data into our quality database.
• Maintaining Peak Performance: Keep measurement equipment operating flawlessly by diligently following operating instructions and promptly arranging for repairs when necessary.
• Championing Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by strictly adhering to established standards and procedures, and fully complying with legal regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in Quality Control or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong math skills.
• A professional resume is required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos with clarity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of various measurement instruments.
• General proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
