Key Responsibilities

Support clients with everyday tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.

Offer companionship and emotional encouragement to promote well-being.

Dispense prescribed medications and keep track of clients' health status.

Ensure clients' surroundings are clean, safe, and comfortable.

Keep accurate records of the care provided and report any changes in clients' condition.

Work together with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver thorough care.

Take part in ongoing training programs to improve caregiving skills.

Follow all health and safety guidelines to protect clients' safety.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; home care certification is a plus.

Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is highly valued.

Must be compassionate, patient, and genuinely interested in helping others.

Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Successful completion of background and drug screenings is necessary.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.

Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
