Team Member
Shores Fine Dry Cleaninghas been the region’s leader in dry cleaning, laundry, and alterations for over 75 years. Shores combines craftsmanship with innovation to deliver exceptional garment care and customer service. We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer questions about our products and services, providing guidance on the best solutions to meet customers' needs
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer service or related role preferred
