Shores Fine Dry Cleaninghas been the region’s leader in dry cleaning, laundry, and alterations for over 75 years. We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Answer questions about our products and services, providing guidance on the best solutions to meet customers' needs
• Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality experience

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a customer service or related role preferred
