Medical Assistant Pediatric Practice

Pineville Pediatrics | Charlotte, NC
Job Type: Full-Time (39 hours/week)
Schedule: MonThu (9:00 AM 5:00 PM), Fri (8:30 AM 4:00 PM)

We're looking for a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) who is passionate about pediatric care. If you thrive in a small-office setting, value teamwork, and want to grow professionally in a supportive environment, we would love to meet you!

• Take vital signs and prepare patients for exams
• Administer medications and immunizations (NCIR experience preferred)
• Perform point-of-care (POC) lab tests
• Assist the pediatrician with procedures and patient care
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation (Athena experience a plus)
• Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Manage patient communications and follow-ups

• CMA or RMA certification (required)
• 2- 5 years of experience in pediatrics or family practice
• Experience administering medications and immunizations
• CPR certification (required)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic EMR knowledge
• Reliable transportation
