As a moving and packing crew lead at Content Recovery Specialists (CRS), you will play a vital role in managing and handling a crew that is moving and packing contents of homes affected by fire and water damage. Your responsibilities will include making sure contents are careful organization, packed, moved and transported.

Crew Lead Responsibility:

• Plan the week and resources required with the GM
• Manage the job and crews onsite
  • Understand and execute the scope of the job correctly.
  • Manage the crews onsite to ensure they work professionally and efficiently
  • Assist crew in moving and packing as needed
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers on job sites
  • Ensure jobs have adequate staffing and other resources
  • Ensure optimum use of resources, including crew hours, materials and vehicles
  • Ensure safety of crew
  • Ensure customer property and contents are not damaged at anytime
  • Document everything correctly and submit to office on time, including inventory, photos, videos and other documents.
• Train crew members
• Drive company trucks and vans as needed.
• Operate Forklift

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Possess a valid driver's license with no points
• Must have clearance to work in the United States.
• A clean background check and the ability to pass a drug test are required.
• Experience leading a moving and packing crew in a moving or restoration company
