Part-Time General Dentist (DDS/DMD)

Location: Mobile Community Clinic – Eastern North Carolina

Schedule: Part-Time | 2.5 days per week

Our client is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time General Dentist to join their Mobile Community Dental Clinic serving rural communities throughout Eastern North Carolina. About the Practice:

The practice operates a fully equipped, state-of-the-art mobile dental van featuring three dental operatories . The unit includes Nomad digital radiography , a handicap-accessible operatory , onboard bathroom and water system , and all necessary equipment to deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a mobile setting.

Patient Population:

• Primarily Medicaid and insured patients
• Strong emphasis on pediatric dentistry
• Community-based, rural outreach model

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality general dental care in a mobile clinic environment.
• Deliver compassionate care to children and families in underserved areas.
• Perform exams, restorative procedures, simple extractions, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with mobile support staff and community partners.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active or eligible North Carolina dental license.
• Experience working with children and pediatric patients strongly preferred.
• Comfort working in a mobile/community clinic setting.
• Passion for public health and community dentistry.
