Operations Manager
75-90k Job Responsibilities: Â
- Monitor facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.Â
- Performance any preventative and general maintenance needed at the facility.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work.Â
- Assist in developing and managing budgets for facility operations and maintenance.Â
- Ensure all facility documentation, including maintenance logs and safety records, are accurately maintained.Â
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility systems and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Â
- Handle heavy workload of calls
- Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to returnÂ
- Manage workload and job scheduling
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork Â
- Keep manager informed of customer feedback
- Communicate effectively and promptly
- Perform service activities for assigned buildings. Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
- Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. Â
- Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.
- Develop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.
- Work with District Manager to develop an action plan for all invoices that are outside of the contractual parameters.
- Ensure that vehicle inspections are performed monthly. Ensure that vehicle maintenance is scheduled and performed on all area vehicles.Â
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Facility Maintenance Background (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
- Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices, particularly in critical infrastructure industries.Â
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, permits, and standards, particularly those related to electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.Â
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions.Â
- Excellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills.Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.Â
- Proficiency in using facility management software and other relevant tools.Â
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Â

â¢Â Must possess valid, unexpired driver's licenseÂ
â¢Â High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required INDSJ
