Compensation: $35 – $50 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

A growing mechanical contracting and service company in North Carolina is seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to support its Raleigh and Greensboro offices . This is a confidential, full-time opportunity for technicians with strong technical skills and professional customer service experience to join a family-style, ESOP-owned company with long-term growth potential.
Position Overview Field Service Technicians will provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services across multiple office locations. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of HVAC and mechanical systems while contributing to the growth of a service department currently generating nearly $2M in revenue, with goals exceeding $5M annually.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily service calls, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting .
- Handle replacements, repairs, and client support for HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction during all interactions.
- Support the growth and operational goals of the service department.
- Maintain service documentation, reports, and follow-ups according to company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical service .
- Holds 4–5 relevant certifications preferred (EPA, NATE, or similar).
- Strong technical skills in HVAC systems and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and courteous with excellent customer service skills .
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $35 – $50 per hour , based on certifications and experience.

- ESOP + profit sharing : new participants see ~$20K–$50K growth per year; long-tenured employees have $300K+ in ESOP accounts.
