I opened my agency in 2013 and lead a team of seven with a strong purpose behind what we do. Before becoming an agent, I worked in Yellow Pages sales. After a serious accident in 2006 that required three surgeries and months away from work, I experienced firsthand how important proper insurance education truly isand how often people dont receive it. That experience shaped my mission as an agent: to make sure customers fully understand their protection and are never left in the dark. Outside of the office, I enjoy adventure and trying new thingsIve reeled in a 110-pound tuna in Hawaii and even gone skydiving. That same drive and determination shows up in how I lead and grow my agency. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Amanda Hagood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
