Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $17.50 - $18.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Sales Associate :

• Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including in person and over the phone
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and product information
• Accurately input customer data into the system
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Utilize computer systems to track interactions and resolve issues promptly
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls or requests simultaneously
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction

Job requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and office software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions
• A positive attitude
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Drivers License Required
• Must be tech savy
• People oriented
• Strong customer service skills
• Temp to hire full time only
• Must have some clerical experience
• Background check required
