We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in Foreign Exchange (FX) to drive product strategy, delivery, and enhancements for our FX trading and risk management platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong financial domain knowledge, especially in FX products, and proven experience working in Agile environments as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Act as Product Owner for FX trading and risk management applications.

• Partner with stakeholders (traders, risk managers, operations, compliance) to gather and prioritize requirements.

• Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog for FX-related initiatives.

• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure development aligns with business needs.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Ensure FX systems meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.

• Drive Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Monitor KPIs and deliverables to ensure successful adoption of FX features.

• Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in FX products, pricing, settlements, and market workflows.

• 5 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3+ years as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in FX domain .

• Strong knowledge of Foreign Exchange (spot, forwards, swaps, options) and related risk management practices.

• Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner.

• Ability to manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements, and regulatory requirements in FX.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with FX trading platforms (e.g., Murex, Calypso, Wallstreet, Summit) .

• Familiarity with APIs, Microservices, and cloud-based solutions .

• Prior experience in banking/financial institutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
