Caring Connections Pediatric Therapy is a small but thriving private practice that specializes in pediatric speech, language, myofunctional, and feeding therapy. We’re proud to offer a warm, collaborative environment where therapists are valued for their unique skills and contributions. Founded and led by SLP Maria Evans, our team is passionate about providing family-centered, evidence-based care to children in Wake Forest, North Raleigh, and surrounding areas.

The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) SLP or SLPA to help meet the needs of a small group of bilingual clients—with the possibility of growing a caseload over time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, meaningful work in a supportive, close-knit practice.

This role is ideal if you are:

• Passionate about working with children
• Able to provide high-quality therapy in both English and Spanish
• Flexible and open to working in various settings (ABA centers, preschools, daycares, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• (For SLPs) Conduct bilingual speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide speech-language therapy services to children in Spanish and English
• Collaborate with families to provide education and carryover strategies
• Maintain clear and timely documentation

Requirements:

• SLP: Master’s degree, active NC licensure, ASHA CCCs
• SLPA: Associate’s or Bachelor’s in CSD or related field, active NC licensure
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Compassionate, flexible, and team-oriented

Compensation:

• $50–$70 per hour, based on experience and caseload
