Client Services Consultant - Cigna Healthcare - Hybrid (North Carolina)

- Be the main contact for a group of clients and brokers.
- Help with daily questions and fix problems quickly.
- Work with your manager and teammates to keep clients happy.
- Go to local meetings with clients and brokers.
- Handle your daily tasks on your own, but ask for help when needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients and brokers.
- Explain our products and services clearly.
- Understand and follow rules and processes.
- Help solve problems by finding out what went wrong and how to fix it.
- Work with other teams to get things done.
- Help the sales team by understanding what was sold and making sure everything is set up correctly.
- Keep track of details and meet deadlines.
- A college degree is preferred, or 3+ years of similar work experience.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or support is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good at solving problems and paying attention to details.
- Able to stay organized and meet deadlines.
- Strong speaking and writing skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Able to work with different teams and customers.
- Willing to attend local events and possibly travel.
