Job Description: A Front Desk Representative at XTalk Prep is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Representative plays a crucial role in representing the company and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room usage.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and waiting room.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
- Provide information about the company’s services and programs to clients.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (MS Office Suite).
- Friendly and approachable personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
