WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Maintenance Assistant

FUNCTION: Operations

LOCATION: Tobaccoville NC

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Creating editing and maintaining GPM documentation
• GPM Parts kitting
• Machine hours collection and entry
• KPI Reporting
• Assists mechanics with maintenance orders and expediting repairs to equipment
• Work closely with Planners Analysts and Engineers on availability updates and corrections.
• One-on-one PA support for AIC/SAP TaO.

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE

• Do you have prior experience with Manufacturing Controls Systems
• Do you have knowledge & experience with SAP (CMMS)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Analytical problem solving decision making and negotiating skills
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently be pro-active and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization possess a high sense of urgency and strong work ethic.
• Proficient in MS Office
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Technical or related field or relevant work experience.

BENEFICIAL

• Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
• Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.
• Manufacturing Process Control Systems
