Loaner Coordinator

We pride ourselves on professionalism, teamwork, and integrity in everything we do. We’re currently seeking a Loaner Coordinator to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and assist with the check-in/check-out process for loaner vehicles. * Complete all necessary paperwork and agreements accurately and efficiently. * Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each use, documenting findings as needed. * Track and manage the loaner fleet to ensure vehicle availability and rotation. * Coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and maintenance. * Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Management about vehicle status. * Maintain organized records of loaner contracts, driver’s licenses, and insurance documents. * Provide friendly, professional, and helpful service to every customer. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a dealership, rental car agency, or customer service role preferred. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. * Experience using Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership DMS software preferred. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. * Positive attitude and professional appearance.
