Medical Support Assistant
The incumbent serves as a Medical Support Assistant and may be assigned to any of the following Medical Center Services within the Western North Carolina Healthcare System: Health Administration Service, Mental Health Service, Geriatrics and Extended Care Service, VA Community Care (VACC), Hickory Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), Franklin CBOC or Rutherford County CBOC. The incumbent performs duties related to the receipt, intake, and indexing of health and administrative info.
