D Shift Machine Operator
Nesco Resource is now hiring for 12hr Shift Machine Operator positions at a facility in Lincolnton, NC.
Job Description and Requirements
· Operate and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
· Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
· Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
· Load and unload materials and maintain a clean, organized work area
· Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company guidelines
· Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent attendance
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
Shift:
D Shift – 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shifts)
