Job DescriptionBill Clough Ford is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our service team. This role is all about making vehicles shine inside and out. You’ll be responsible for the appearance and presentation of new and pre-owned vehicles, ensuring every customer drives away impressed. If you have a passion for vehicles, an eye for detail, and take pride in your work, this is the role for you.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays
Work Requirements:
Ability to commute: Windsor, NC (Required)
Work Location: In person
Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing on customer, service, and inventory vehicles
Wash, vacuum, and shampoo carpets and upholstery
Clean and polish glass, trim, dashboards, and other interior surfaces
Apply wax, buff exteriors, and dress tires to dealership standards
Inspect vehicles after cleaning to ensure quality and consistency
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail shop and supplies
Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement as needed (minimal groundskeeping)
Prior detailing experience preferred but not required (training available)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using cleaning tools and detailing equipment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
