Position Overview

As Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll manage high-profile projects from conception to completion, focusing on power distribution, lighting systems, and controls for mission-critical environments. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and extensive technical expertise.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct complex electrical system designs for renovation and new construction projects
• Lead project teams and manage project lifecycles, including schedules and budgets
• Perform detailed field investigations and compliance assessments
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Ensure quality control and code compliance across all projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10-20 years of progressive experience in electrical system design
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, AGI32, and SKM/Easypower
• Demonstrated project management experience
• U.S. Citizenship required for government project access

Preferred Qualifications

• Medium-Voltage distribution expertise
• RCDD certification
• Federal sector project experience
• Established client relationships in target regions
