End-User Support Engineer
EPAM is seeking a skilled End-User Support Engineer to provide in-person technical support at our client’s location in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will deliver hands-on assistance for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless technology experience for all end users.

Provide in-person support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues to end users Provision, image, deploy, refresh, and decommission desktops and laptops Support and troubleshoot peripherals including monitors, docks, input devices, and AV accessories Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty claims, and vendor service engagements Perform asset management activities such as inventory, tagging, tracking, and audits Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications Document all work performed in designated systems and escalate issues as needed Previous experience in end-user or IT support roles Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and common business applications Familiarity with ITSM, ticketing, asset management, and monitoring tools Ability to follow documented runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base standards Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work onsite in Cary, NC, five days a week Participation in onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer activities as requiredRecommended Jobs
