As a Security Professional - Distribution Site - Multiple Shifts in Clinton, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also interact with staff and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor for any unusual conditions or activities within the food and beverage environment and report findings as required.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, visitors, and staff to support a secure environment.
• Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
