Your responsibilities will include diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, conducting interviews, formulating recommendations, and assisting clients in implementing solutions. Client Engagement: Understand client needs to deliver tailored finance solutions. Analysis: Diagnose issues and provide actionable insights. Implementation: Support solution implementation aligned with client goals. Expertise: Stay current on Oracle EPM and share knowledge internally. Deliverables: Own deliverables and resolve project issues for quality results. Collaboration: Work with teams to address client challenges and enhance Oracle EPM offerings. The Team Responsible for the installation, development, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of package technologies. Includes defining or coordinating common processes or procedures to support package custom development, APIs, UI/UX, and process flows and handshakes. Required Career Experience: 4+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment. Technical Skills: Completed 1+ full cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS, Business Rules) Finance Processes: 3+ years' experience in finance business processes and corporate reporting requirements. Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients ~ industry sectors you serve. Preferred Technical Skills: 3+ years' experience in full cycle Oracle EPM Cloud implementations (EPCM, EDMCS, EPBCS, Business Rules) Client Interaction: 1+ years' experience Engagement Management: 1+ years' experience managing engagements or parts of larger projects. Presales Activities: 1+ years' experience in presales, proposals, and RFP activities. Mentorship: 1+ years' experience to mentor and counsel junior staff. Education : Advanced degree preferred The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600-$198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
